Are there any fee(s) to submit my application?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $50 to perform necessary
background checks on you and your guarantor.
What other fee(s) may I incur?
In addition, there is a Secure Your Spot Fee of $200, this is refundable up to
thirty days before your move in if your housing plans should change.
Will I need to bring any furniture?
No. The apartment will have living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Full
beds are supplied and appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer) are
included.
What money am I responsible for if my roommates don't pay their rent?
None, each student is on their own lease terms. Therefore, every single tenant is
responsible for his/her personal share.
After I submit my application, what can I expect?
We will begin the approval process as soon as you have submitted your
application. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to log into
your account and pay the required Secure Your Spot (SYS) fee. You can log into
your Guest House account at any time to access your account information and
pay your Housing Program Payment (HPP) online. If you need help with any
processes, we are only a phone call away!responsible for his/her personal share.
